Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order, return a product and get a refund from Varsani Industries (Lithonar Energy). Every battery pack is checked before dispatch (cell voltage, internal resistance, BMS check, charge/discharge and load test). If something still goes wrong, we will help.
Part A: Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by You
- Ready-stock products: you can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Once it has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return under Part B below.
- Custom battery packs: because these are made specially for you, they can be cancelled only before production starts. Once we begin building the pack, the order cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is non-refundable.
2. How to Cancel
Contact us at contact.varsaniindustries@gmail.com or +91 9429543588 with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation is confirmed only when we reply to you in writing.
3. Cancellation by Varsani Industries
We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery pincode is not serviceable, there is a pricing or listing error, the payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will inform you and refund any amount paid in full.
4. Refund After Cancellation
For prepaid orders cancelled as per this policy, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The exact time may depend on your bank or payment provider. Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund if cancelled before dispatch.
Part B: Return & Refund Policy
5. When You Can Return a Product
You may request a return within 4 days of delivery if:
- the product arrived damaged or defective (including a pack that does not power on or charge);
- you received the wrong product or wrong specification (voltage, capacity, connector, etc.) compared to your order;
- items or accessories are missing from the package.
6. What Cannot Be Returned
- Custom-made battery packs built to your specifications, unless they are defective or do not match the specification you ordered.
- Products that have been used incorrectly, overcharged, deep-discharged, short-circuited, opened, repaired, modified or physically damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories or invoice.
- Damage caused by water, fire, wrong charger, wrong wiring or unsuitable load.
- Change of mind, or a wrong purchase made by the customer (for example, ordering a voltage or size that does not suit your vehicle or device), unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 4 days of delivery at contact.varsaniindustries@gmail.com or +91 9429543588 with your order number.
- Share clear photos and a short unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the issue. This is needed for damage or missing-item claims.
- Our team will review your request and reply within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or tell you how to send the product back. Do not ship a return without our approval.
8. Pack the Product Safely
Return the battery in its original packaging, with accessories, and protect the terminals from short-circuit. Never send a swollen, leaking or burnt battery by courier. If your battery shows any of these signs, stop using it, keep it away from flammable materials and contact us immediately so we can guide you on safe handling.
9. Inspection
After we receive the product, we inspect it within 3–5 business days. If it meets this policy, we proceed with a refund or replacement. If it does not, we will tell you the reason, and the product may be sent back to you.
10. Refunds
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask you for the details.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are refundable only when the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective product).
11. Replacement
For defective or wrong products, we will offer a replacement, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount paid. For custom packs, we will rebuild or repair the pack as appropriate. If that is not possible, we will refund the amount paid.
12. Warranty
Warranty terms, if any, are stated on the product page or invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage or unauthorized repair.
