Varsani Industries (Lithonar Energy) manufactures lithium battery packs in Madhapar, Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat. This policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently ship across India. Delivery is available only to pincodes we serve. If your pincode is not serviceable for a product, the checkout will let you know before you pay.

2. Order Processing Time
  • Ready-stock products: dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Custom battery packs (made to your voltage, capacity or size): built to order and dispatched within 7 business days. We will confirm the expected date after you place the order.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can occur due to weather, strikes, courier issues or other events outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders.

5. Shipping Partners and Tracking

We ship through trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or in your account under My Orders.

6. Special Handling of Batteries

Lithium batteries are regulated goods for transport. We pack them securely and follow courier safety requirements. Because of these rules, some couriers or locations may have restrictions, and delivery may occasionally take slightly longer.

7. Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. The courier will usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone number or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In that case, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please check the package before accepting delivery. If it looks damaged, opened or tampered with, do not accept it, or accept it and record an unboxing video, and contact us within 48 hours (see our Return & Refund Policy).
